Hawker Beechcraft Services (formerly Raytheon Aircraft Services) does its best to keep airplanes up-to-date, well-maintained, and passenger-friendly. Hawker Beechcraft Services provides FBO (fixed base operations), avionics, maintenance, and refurbishment services at 10 locations in the US, the UK, and Mexico. FBO services include lobby services, line crews, and transportation services; avionics services include equipment upgrades and repairs; maintenance services include airframe and engine maintenance and maintenance evaluations; refurbishment operations include painting, interior configuration and remodelling, and entertainment system installation. The company is a subsidiary of Hawker Beechcraft Corp.

Hawker Beechcraft Corporation was acquired by Hawker Beechcraft Inc., a new company formed by GS Capital Partners, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, and Onex Partners for approximately $3.3 billion in cash, on March 26, 2007. The sale was first announced on December 21, 2006.
