FBO services include lobby services, line crews, and transportation services; avionics services include equipment upgrades and repairs; maintenance services include airframe and engine maintenance and maintenance evaluations; refurbishment operations include painting, interior configuration and remodelling, and entertainment system installation. Hawker Beechcraft Corporation was acquired by Hawker Beechcraft Inc., a new company formed by GS Capital Partners, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, and Onex Partners for approximately $3.3 billion in cash, on March 26, 2007. The sale was first announced on December 21, 2006.
